Up-side and Down-side-ways
directions... forward to back, side to side, stretching in all directions on our yoga mats and in our day to days. Finding strength, digger deeper, strong foundation, rooted and rising, balanced and steady, anchoring. So much going on in this Downward Facing Dog pose, so much going on in life. Lynn Mathews always tuned her students into the parallel connections between our yoga practice and our life practice. I was intrigued then....I get it now, everyday a new way to take yoga off the mat and into my day. A work in progress, a mind~ body and spirit awakening, re-grouping, re-minding. This is life, this is yoga.
