Classes begin with a centering that helps create a space to transition from your day to the mat, followed by a series of warm-up postures, a dynamic flow of asana (postures) and ending with savasana (relaxation exercise)  and closing centering/meditation that helps to transition from the practice back into the day. I also incorporate yoga nidra into my classes. Yoga nidra is a sleep based meditation . I welcome you if you are new to yoga or have an established practice. Yoga is a remarkable, healing practice for everyone. Sound healing incorporated throughout practice

All yoga classes and yoga nidra classes are now livestream on Zoom.
